Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. We offer free return shipping, and there are no restocking fees. Please note: final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

To begin your return, email us at info@kolos-ua.ca. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label to download and print, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please don’t send back items without first contacting us, as we won’t be able to process those returns.

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Items that can’t be returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason—no explanation needed. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
