📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada (Canada Post)
We ship all Canadian orders using Canada Post. You can choose a preferred method at checkout. Shipping times are estimated and may vary by region and season.
Delivery time: 3–9 business days
Tracking: Included
We offer free delivery on all orders over $100 within Canada (before taxes and after discounts). Orders under $100 will be charged a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the U.S. (Chit Chats)
We ship U.S. orders through Chit Chats, a trusted Canadian courier that partners with USPS and other U.S. carriers. All shipments include tracking, and delivery times are estimated.

🛍 Local Pickup (GTA)
Local pickup is available from our Mississauga location during shop hours.
If this option is available at checkout, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are:

KOLOS has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
⏳ Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.
While we do our best to ship on time, KOLOS is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
🏠 Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

KOLOS is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kolos-ua.ca within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
To speed up the process:

For damaged items, attach clear photos of the packaging and product
We’ll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work to find the best solution.
